The campaign’s goal was to drive adoptions and awareness of Dallas Pets Alive while creating good owner-pet matches. (in other words: we aimed to have zero dogs returned.)
Adopters who spend more time getting to know their dog before adoption are less likely to return or abandon it.
We created Spotify playlists for each adoptable dog that expressed their unique personality: mood, energy level, extraversion, etc. Listeners could get to know the dogs as well as begin the adoption process, from within each dog’s playlist.
